The Arthur Webb Challenge Cup encourages Nationwide Building Society staff to deliver employee-driven projects by encouraging innovation, collaboration and empowerment.

Since its launch in 2017, over 300 teams and 1800 individuals within the organisation have collaborated to deliver projects as part of the Challenge Cup and the films that inspire this participation are developed and produced by Zinc.

Our film for 2021 was developed to bring the spirit of Arthur to life in a fun and engaging way that generated conversation across the business and inspired Nationwide employees to engage.
