Over four episodes, we see them create and adopt new energy-saving practices, celebrating the surprising benefits along the way. We’ll see first-hand the benefits of making energy saving changes – from mental and physical health benefits, to enhanced family unity and harmony.
We finish each episode finding out about their experiences and which of the adopted changes they will stick with long term.
